Description
The DP 40 is the most powerful model in the DP series and was developed for the most demanding requirements in continuous industrial use. With up to 5.2 kW motor power and robust M16 spindle shafts, it is designed for large polishing rings, high contact pressures, and demanding materials.
Extensively configurable with:
– EB 3 belt grinding arm
– BS 300 A surface belt grinding table
– Polishing tip / polishing mandrel
– Form A or S extraction hood (extra large)
Options: Available with infinitely variable speed control, integrated motor brake, and special shafts.
The DP 40 is the machine for professionals who do not want to compromise on performance, safety, and ergonomics – the heavyweight among REMA polishing machines.
Scope of supply
- Clamping flange and fastening nut for clamping tools
