Description
The REMA DP 30 polishing machine is the ideal choice for demanding polishing, grinding, and brushing applications in continuous industrial use. With 2.2 kW of power and a robust machine body, it offers the perfect combination of power, smooth running, and modularity—ideal for medium to large workpieces.
Four machine versions are available: table, low or high column and extraction version
Individually configurable with:
- EB 3 belt grinding arm (belt length 3500 mm)
- BS 200 A surface belt grinding table
- Polishing tip, polishing mandrel
- Suction hoods (in attached form A or standing form S)
- ALP 300 aluminum faceplate with tiltable support table
Optional equipment:
Stepless speed control, counterflow brake, special shafts for special tasks.
Scope of supply
- Clamping flange with mounting nut for clamping tools
- Cable with plug
- Internal thread at the shaft ends for attaching polishing centres and polishing mandrels
